Ok let’s recall what I wrote for “Perfect Today”
Wake up with my wife and daughter at side or their hugs and kisses
Thanks to God for all the blessings we have a get, and ask him for a great blessed day! and after a good stretch with a very deep deep breath to oxygenate my mind and body!
A nice breakfast with a very good and smelly cup of coffee (to completely energize the body and the mind), watching the nature or the beach break.
-> A few hours of excellent work!
[So if i’m going to do my 2 tasks, I’ll apply at least two hours and a half a day for each, and that will see something like this:
10:00 – First 25’s on Task 1
10:25 – Stretch, think, call, w/e
10:35 – Second 25’s for Task 1
11:00 – Little walk
11:10 – Third 25’s on Task 1
11:35 – Free 10 Mins
11:45 – Fourth 25’s on Task 1
13:30 – First 25’s on Task 2
13:55 – Stretch
14:05 – Second 25’s for Task 2
14:30 – Free 10 Mins.
14:40 – Third 25’s for Task 2
15:05 – Little walk
15:15 – Fourth 25’s on Task 2
A nice and fun surf session! [This will stay on days of good swell only or weekends]
Very fun quality time with my family, walking around somewhere, getting to know places or playing at a park! An splendid dinner!
Daughter/Father exclusive playtime!
Thank God for a perfect day! Hugs and kisses!
A pleasant night sleep!
Had to change some steps, but things have got to be done!
